175 degree high-temperature drilling with 3D magnetic flux gate sensor F53

The F53 high-temperature 3D flux gate sensor is designed specifically for high-temperature working environments up to 175 ℃, and is suitable as a magnetic field sensor for downhole/drilling and other high-temperature applications.

It adopts exclusive patented technology from the German company Koehler, with high temperature resistance, vibration resistance, and small size. It is currently the only commercially available high-performance high-temperature 3D flux gate sensor, which is very suitable for measurement while drilling and applications that require high impact resistance and high temperature resistance, such as oil logging exploration.

The F53 high-temperature 3D flux gate sensor is designed according to industrial standards and directly converts magnetic field strength into analog signals (± 10V); Compact size (only 25 x 17 x 220mm), can be installed on small-sized probe tubes, and is easy to integrate into downhole/drilling detection equipment and systems.

F53 high-temperature three-dimensional flux gate sensor with a range of ± 100 μ T and a frequency response of DC-1.5kHz; In addition, F53 also has good linearity (<0.01%) and noise characteristics (≤ 300ptrms hz='at='>0.01%) and noise characteristics (≤ 300ptrms>
